Step by step

What happens from first contact to closeout.

The exact field work changes with the finding. The decision path should not.

  1. 1

    Define the use

Drinking, cooking, coffee, ice, refrigerator, capacity, and maintenance goals are documented.

  2. 2

    Check compatibility

Cabinet space, faucet location, countertop material, drain, pressure, shutoffs, and equipment specifications are reviewed.

  3. 3

    Plan accessible routing

Components are arranged to protect connections and preserve practical filter and membrane access.

Questions homeowners ask

Useful answers before you schedule.

Is reverse osmosis the same as whole-home softening?

No. A typical under-sink RO system treats water at specific drinking-water outlets. It does not soften showers, water heaters, laundry, or every fixture.

Can the RO system feed my refrigerator and ice maker?

Some systems can, but pressure, production rate, storage, distance, tubing, and refrigerator requirements must be checked.

What contaminants will the system remove?

Performance is product-specific. Claims should be based on the exact equipment's current certifications, specifications, installation, incoming water, and maintenance.
